Import data - Exclusion/inclusion indicator - Default..?

Question:
Hi,
I want to maintain Exclusion/Inclusion indicator in the PO header data under Import declaration. I want a default value to get updated there for PO. Can it be done? if yes, HOW?

You'll have to use an user exit for that one or a transaction variant.
