HI Fans
I have mainted a Mat1 in plant and moving price is 1000Rs ,but while making PR i am getting 2000Rs ,i don,t want to solve problem through
MR21 (where i can change the price ).As thsi material is copied from other plant and with Valution type mainted .plsz can any body tell me where it is making problem so mat is taking price as 2000Rs ,instead of 1000Rs

I personally think that this is a wrong statement. You are looking at the wrong value , when looking into the material master.
If you work with valuation types, then you have at least 2 levels where you can find price information in material master.
Display material master with MM03.
Select accounting view.
Enter plant but no valuation type.
Here you probably find your 1000.
Start again
Display material master with MM03.
Select accounting view.
Enter plant AND valuation type
Here you probably find your 2000.
If a valuation type is specified in the PR then it retrieves the value from the the appropriate level.

You should have given the message number as well.
for some messages it is possible to change from an error message to a warning message.
Anyhow, if your material is subject to split valuation why do you want to create a purchase requisition whithout the appropiate valuation category?
If the price of 2000 is wrong, then it can be corrected to 1000 as HaTran already wrote via MR21.
How to you create the PR? Manually or automatically via MRP?

If i will change the price by MR21 then it will affect all the stock then it will be problem in future or will i go and change MR21

If you have stock with hat valuation type in your plant, then you will revaluate the stock when doing MR21, this will create accounting documents as well.
If you don't have stock, then it will only effect the price adoption for future purchase requistions.
But if you have stock with valuation of 2000Rs which should be 1000Rs, then I would try to find the root cause befor doing any change.
And for this you may need to review all goods receipts/issues from the past via MB51
