Contracts, Purchase info records and Source lists.
Hi SAP MM guys,
We need to create the contracts,info records and source lists for lot of materials with different vendors and the time avialable is very short to create all of these master datas in SAP system. Is it possible in SAP (4.6C) to create contracts, source lists and purchse info records in mass. Does this functionality exists in SAP 4.6C.
Any ideas in this higly appreciated.

For inforecords a mass maintainance is available: transaction MEMASSIN. But I dont know if this can be used to create records.
In our projects we usually uploaded info records from legacy system, in most cases prepared in an Excel spreadsheet.
Dependend on the volume of contracts we either uploaded them or entered them manually. Btw, it is a good lesson for the users to get used to the new system.
Now the good news, Source list can be created directly when creating a contract from within the Create contract transaction (ME31K).
It is as well possible to generate the source list via ME05.
