Physical counting in sap help !!!!!

I want to ask a question related with physical counting.
In our company we create of producton bom will mutil level. Means we can find the methold struture for the products. But this struture we manage as phontom level and we only issue production order at final level.
Each time we do stock take and we had to split the pantom physical inventory to component and adjust the inventory. It is very complex.
I want to know is there a way that we can do physical inventory at phontam level and the system help us split and adjust at component level.

According to me, process is simple. You do not need to enter the stock of the phantom materials in SAP system duirng physical inventory/ stock take. For valuation purpose it should be considered as WIP. Calculation of WIP of production order (and passing relevant accounting entries) is done by CO and PP people before period end closing. Because of this only value of the such WIP stock gets updated in SAP system and not the Quantity.
To give another anology if raw materials are issued to production order, we do not see that stock in SAP, but till the time we do goods receipt of semifinished or finished product against the same production order is done, SAP considers it as WIP. There are SAP transactions for doing this WIP calculation and settlement.
