Archiving for material
Hi everybody,
I face a problem when i trying to archive material. Tcode that i use is SARA, the below is the procedure that i do.
1) select the object (MM_MATNR)
2) select archive
3) maintain the variant, key in the material no. that i need to archive.
4) set the start date and then set the spool parameter.
when i click the execute button, it show me an error message : pls maintain the variants for the delete program first.
Then i go to the delete and select the archive selection, but inside showing that no data available.
Is that my procedure of doing the archiving is wrong or somebody can give comment and proper guide for me.

You have to make sure that permission for write file on the server is allowed.
