Question:
I know for SAP, ppl will use ASAP methodology during the implementation.
But exactly how many steps does it conver and what are them?
Anyone here use any other methodology during the implementation?

ASAP is divides a project into six phases
1. Project Preparation - Define the scope of the Project
2. Blue print - Documentation & hard ware Instalation
3. Simulation - After Gap analysis simulate those requirement in R/3
4. Validation - This phase transforms the customer requirements into a Future SAP solution.
5. Final preparation - Final verification and integration testing
6. Go-Live & support - This phase ensure the success of the first few weeks of operation and ongoing operation of the system.
