Question:
After I posted the GR in MIGO, system issued message "Material Document 5000002426 is created" on the status bar. When I exit from MIGO, I got an express mail (SAP Mail) saying "Update was terminated".
And I can't find this Material Document in the system.
I checked the Purchase Order History in PO, no GR is posted.
I checked the IMG, the current number for Material Doc is 5000002430 in OMBT. But during the MIGO posting, system says 5000002426.
Please help.

You need to change the current material number 5000002425, do that when you save the GR the sytem will give you mat doc num 5000002426.
What is happening is that the current mat doc number is 5000002430, whuich mean you try to post the mat no twice that why the system give you the termination message.

you mean I change the Current Number in OMBT to 5000002425, instead of 5000002430 (currently have)?
I remember this is because of the buffer setting by Basis (but don't know where, you know?) ??

very strange thing... this happen only if I used vendor XXX and material ZZZ. If I used vendor to create Cost Center PO, then I don't have problem... I can use other PO to create Standard PO and I was able to do GR... only this vendor can not create Standard PO!
Please advise.

Is there a control indicator that we can checked so that Vendor can not buy material ??? no such thing, right?
