Question:
hi,
how and where do i create a transfer order to transfer stock of a particular material from the plant interim storage area to the wearhouse.
the wearhouse will have a storage bin where the material has to be transfered.
i beleive some material management and wearhouse management interface settings have to be made?? what are those

Answer:
Hello Shashikant,
normally stock will appear in an interim storage stype after processing
an IM goods receipt. A transfer requirement should be automatically created at the same time.
Transfer requirement > Display > By material
Select the TR by ticking the box and click on "Create Transfer Order in
Foreground". Click on "Stock Placement - Foreground" to key
destination bin and save the transaction.
Check WM stock overview to see if the transaction is complete - you
will need to confirm the transfer order if stock is in "for putaway" column.
Config settings: Logistics Execution > WM > Interface > IM (4.6C).
