Question:
Right now if I send the PO via email, I will received the PO as attachement. However, the file type of the attachement is unknown... what should I do if I want the file type to be as .PDF???
Is this configurable??

In t.code SCOT you can set the format conversions by using menu path SETTINGS --> CONVERSIONS and specifying that your sapscript out put (I think SCR) should convert to PDF and then put in the appropriate Function module (try SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_SCR_PDF).
You also have to allow PDF in the EXCHG node setup.
I got it working from very good notes on this message board. Try searching for SCOT or SAPEXCHANGE.
