I am getting this error while trying to upgrade PI_2001_1 to PI_2001_2 in 3.1I, any clue, Thanks
Note: This system was restored form backup of Development system and changed SID, I have changed the profiles at OS level accordingly

Transaction RZ10, delete invalid profile inside the database. Import profile from Application Server. (Do take backup of Start Profile, Instance Profile, Default Profile) before you do this.

Yes, i have deleted the old profiles and imported new profiles, as part post copy prcedures, i think changing the system may not solve the problem because the error message includes SID also, Thanks

Check ur TMS configuration !! ... could be it's still using the old SID somewhere !! ....

Hi,
if the error shows the message with the old hostname, you need to change the reference to the old host in the profiles to the new hostname.
Take in consideration that the start/stop scripts and the profiles make reference to the hostname.
