1)what is the stms configuration procedure for 2 landscape system?
2)How to change the system sid in stms configuration of 2 landscape system[DEV->QAS to DEV-PRD]

Do you have Help CD?
in that you can browse it to BASIS COMPONENTS --> Change and transport systems --> select Transport management system. If you go through this you will able to configure the STMS.
