and one more thing, plz post your mail id too, if anyone of u got any clue or trick..

If you don't have an OSS ID with authorization to access service.sap.com/licensekey, you can't get a license key generated. When you do a saplicense -get, it gives you a hardware key which is based on the OS/platform/database. That hardware has to be on file with SAP in order for you to generate a working license key.
For testing and Demo, please set the date to 9999-12-01 before installation. If you forget to do so before installation, just change the system date.
For development, I know a way but I will not tell you!
Thanx for advice. Man comon tell me now, dont be so rude or mail it to me if u can.
i cantnot logont to SAPnet or OSS.
If you don't have SAPnet ID, then how did you installed the system?
...or you just get some copied install cd?
Anyway please contact SAP, they will help you

yea they will help me for sure. but with a HUGE amount, that is out of my limit. i am using this product for just learning purpost not for implimentation.
You won't get a permanent key. If you have had a successful installation, you have a 30-day temporary key already. Learn fast!
You might also want to think about installing MiniSAP if all you want is to learn Basis.

Try MiniSAP. WAS 610 version is about 25Euro, and provide a good enviroment for learning purpose.
I've just seen in the SAP Community forum, that the WAS 620 version will be released in the end of the next week... so it might make sense to wait for it.
You can order WAS 610 at www.sap.com/shop
at the Public section under WAS.
Just few idea what you can do with MiniWAS:
Setup TMS, performance tuning, kernel change 610->620, SAP DB administration, ICM, install LSMW etc.
