QA system - setup notification

Question:
Hi Expert,
Can anyone tell me how to setup notification in QA system.
When user release request, notification should send out to approval. After the approval approved it, notification should send out also. and after imported to target system the notification should send to both approval and owner.
How can I setup this?
I'm currently running in 4.6B MSSQL7, 3 system in group(DEV, QAS and PRD)

Im not sure of any way to set it up without custom programming, although my company sells a 3rd party-app that would do it. Not sure if you want to spend any money on it though, and perhaps someone here knows of a way to set it up with just standard R/3 code.

What do you mean doing it by using programming? Have to develop a customise report? No SAP standard report to do it? or setting?

Well I'm just aware of it and have used it, but I'm not involved with it's coding so I'm not sure exactly what was done to get it to work. I believe it mainly uses the existing TMS service and Workflow and involves some custom programs and screens for the TMS approval process and auditing. You can find some info. on it here:

As I said though, it may be possible to do without a 3rd party app most likely by utilising workflow, I just don't know of any way to do it. Theres also probably other ones out there, but since we have our own I've obviously never really researched any others.
