Does SAP have a good way of tracking injuries?
What happened?
Type of injury?
How?
When?
Where it happened?
That sort of thing.
We would like to then tie that information together with number of hours worked to help estimate incidence rates.

Try the infotype 0082 through PA30 transaction please; I think it will full fill your requirement to some extent to record the incidents into the SAP-HR system.
