I am not able to use the Graphical Layout Editor. It seems that I am missing the file 'eumfcdll.dll'. Does anybody know where I can get it? Any help is appreciated.

Normally this should be installed when installing SAPGui. Graphical Screen Painter is an option you can choose during installation.
