Hi Basis Gurus,
What are the parameters that should be given/
assigned for a user who is to be authorised to view
only areas under the Tools menu in the SAP standard
menu(version 46b)?

Hi,
it is really easy, you juste have to create a role with PFCG transaction. Choose the 'Menu' tab and launch button 'From the SAP menu'. You can now assign an area to your role. Don't forget to activate the role in the 'Authorizations' tab and to assign a user in the 'User' tab ( + User Compare ).
