breaking into Basis admin
Hi,
I'm trying to break into Basis and i was wondering what experienced basis admin's would suggest to someone who has in-depth knowledge of basis admin (installation, TMS setup, client copy, pfcg, wbo, cto etc, instance creation, Op Mode, Wrk Ld Analy etc) and is also a certified dba (oracle)........i have no experience as a basis and most of the jobs out there ask for 2-3yrs of experience.....and the market value for such a person?....thanks
based on your skills sets, it should not be a problem. but u have to wait for opportunities. and that requires patience...
