Printing Problems in Windows 2000 Computers

Question:
My problem relates to the printing problem. Our company has plans to install Windows 2000 Professional on every PC.
As with SAP, I have defined printers with specific names specifying the computer name and share name of the printer. This scheme facilitate the users in certain department to share the printer for SAP printing by mentioning the particular printer name in the Print Screen List. This scheme works fine in Windows 9x & Windows NT 4.0. But now, due to Windows 2000 Profesional on that particulars PCs, other users (ecept the user who uses that particular computer) cannot get the printout of SAP documents.
Can anyone hlp me in this regard or suggest me the alternative or some other technique to resolve this problem? Thanks if anyone can send me suggestions on the following email address.
Thanks in advance
