Hi SapGuru,
After reboot my system, msg_server and disp + work is running. less than 10 second - my disp + work stopped by itself.
Any advise as what is happening.

This sometime could happen due to the problem that WP cannot connect to database or problem will lib, etc..
You can try to analyze the log files dev_w<wp_number> under directory
/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance_name><instance_number>/work
