appraisal for an organizational unit
hi all,
we need to give appraisals for organizational units without refering to the assigned employees. how can i do it??
thanks,
Diana
go to your customizing and define in 'form of appraisal' ...
who should be the appraisee: in this case object O.
the appraisor can be any other object...

I modified an appraisal form and defined the possible combinations (i.e- appraiser "P" , appraisee "O"). In the appraisals catalog i choosed the appraisal form i had modified and defined the form of apprais. .....
When i tried to craet the appraisal- the sys. didnt let me choose an org. unit....!!!
thanks
diana
Did you define relations / ev. paths in the form?

I tried several options but i guess i didnt choose the right one. The appraiser is an employee (he doesnt have to be in the appraisee org. unit )....
Do u have an idea???
Thank u
Try to define the form with only P O
so without any relations.... See if that works...
if not: the problem lies somewhere else...
