regarding early watch alert report
Dear friends,
We run early watch report weekly basis. Since 8-10 sessions, data collection status gets yellow and early watch alert summary status gets red.We noticed that before 6 sessions early watch alert summary status was yellow and data collection status was green.We think that early watch alert summary status is marked red due to data collection status that is yellow.
We also noticed that since 8-10 sessions Early Watch Alert reports show zero or blank values for a number of performance indicators, such as
average response times. This indicates that we may have a problem with
the collection of performance statistics, which we checked with transaction
ST03. Start of Collector (saposcol) from Sun Jan 26 19:55:59 2003 to till
and Collector Version: COLL 20.53.8.1 99/03/29 - 20.22.4.1 NT 98/02/18. But we are unable to find the reason why these values are all zero/blank.
What could be the problem and how can we solve that???

saposcol feeds ST06.
make sure it is started and running properly.

Upgrade the saposcol to the latest one.
