what is recommended; shd v go w latest patch level in QA or w same patch level i.e, 34,
if 38 than shd v run it first on dev which ofcourse is risky as it already has all the configuration and data.
otherwise v wd hav 34 in dev n 38 in qa. is it recommended.
You should always have the same patch level, otherwise some of your transports from DEV to QAS may fail. Remember that support packages can and often do change database structure. Ever try to do a remote client copy between systems on different support package levels? Quite often they error-out due to database differences. Same thing with transports.
