Question:
Hi,
I am trying to amend Absence Quota infotypes when an employees total working days change.
For example:
An employee moves from working full time to part time (they used to work 5 days a week, they now only work 3). I would like to set up the dynamic actions so that when this is done (through the organizational change action) the current absence quota is automatically delimited at the day of the change and a new quota is automatically created for the rest of the leave year.
At the moment I'm getting stuck at the first hurdle as when I try to delimit the quota I get an error telling me there is a collision. To me it looks like it is trying to insert a new quota instead of amending the existing one.
The entries I have in the dynamic actions table are as follows:

Answer:
i have limited experience with absence quotas, but it seems like the issue is with the config and not the dynamic action. Check the reaction indicator in V_554Y_B for IT2006. ??
