ok but i have a problem here, users report that two printers (which are using drivers EPSON ESC/P 24/48-pin printer and EPSON ESC/P 9-pin printer ) are working unusually for after the first page the printing skips 5 lines and off course te rest of pages start to be wrong.
Users are triyng to print Accountant Books, and this is happening with either standar reports or customer reports.
¿What do i have to check on SPAD?

here u can check script for following actions
Printer initializ
Reset after exit
Cover page
First page
Start of even pag
Start of odd page
Start of page
End of first page....etc...

now i need to prove with diferents drivers...
¿there is a web place where i can download drivers from printer from and use them on SPAD?

I found www.printronix.com/SAP
for downloading some drivers, but i waiting for replay from them. The model of printer i have is P5205B and need to do a emulation.

I already download the devide types for printer PrinTronix from the web, additionally to it there is a guide that shows you how to install the device.

Please people help us with this printronix, we are having similiar problems, the formats in the printing are no going ok, ¿how to define margins from within SPAD if these are printing wrong?

There are 2 ways
1- you will use SPAD and create new page format and assign it your device format.
2 - rsarda advices way

we have a situation, we print accountable books from an Epson DFX-8500 and it works fine but not in the Printronix. ¿what should we correct?

Another thing, i think to use a fixed format is not posible for paper do not have the same size, that is, these books are printed in different page sizes.

yes you right fix format is not good but if you copy your devices drive
new one and you will use this just this case.
