Qualification could not be found
When I open the qualification catalog, I double-click on a qualification, fully expecting the details screen to appear so that I can modify it's description. This does not happen. Instead, I get a message saying the qualification "could not be found". The dates all match ie. 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999 for creation and relationships in HRP1000 and HRP1001. Other qualifications are fine. I use SAP 4.6C.
How can I resolve this as the qualification cannot be maintained currently? Is there some sort of inconsistency?
Do you have enough authorization?
check PLOG object
and structural authorizations..

I've tried using a SAP ALL ID. Still no success. However, the same qualifications that cannot be maintained from the qualification catalog screen can be maintained using PP02 expert mode. I restate: only perhaps 5% of the qualifications on the catalog cannot be maintained by double-clicking on it. Others can.
I had a similar problem. I could see the qualifications but when I tried to edit them I got an error. My problem was that the the qual groups were missing infortype 1033 - scales. Once i added them and assigned a scale to each QK, then it worked.
