Question:
Dear Guys
One specific group of user sitting together on same floor have a frequent complain of data lost. That is transactions save half of the data while leave other half data unsafe. While other user in whole building have no complain.
I think its a problem with work process e.g may be update work process. The same users have complain that their IDs are getting lock with out reattempt of login.
How can I trace work process history on a particular ID.

do you speak of data-loss in SAP-standard transactions? there should be something in the dev_wX traces than (tx. ST11) , also in systemlog (tx. SM21). also: when other users have no problems with the very same transactions, consider networking problems.
just curious: what transaction is it (if it is SAP-standard)?
