Question:
when I use PA40 to create employee, It says: Object S 11000000 01 does not exist. i already defined job and job title 11000000 and position: S (object type) 11000000 job(11000000) in OG30, personnel area:BB01, employee group 1, employee subgroup: D1, do i need to assign position to employee group? where can I assign?

the path of OG30 is:
personnel administration/organization data/organizational assignment/organizational plan/define positions
i only do the config under the path organizational plan

OK,
It looks as if, Integration is on between org management and personnel admin, and you are creating positions in the wrong place. Read up the documentation on rhinte00,rhinte10,rhinte20 and rhinte30. running one or more of these should be able to solve your problem, by creating the missing entries where required.
In future create positions, jobs et al in Org Management in the front end using tcode pp01 or something similar.
