User Clasification Report
Dear All,
Please help me to find a standard report in SAP R/3 4.7 E1 system for classifying the users depending on the following criteria.
1. The actual transactional users
2. the users that access the system only for viewing the reports like balance sheet.
Hurdles :
1. we don't have any recorder information on who is using our SAP suystem in our comapny and for what.
2. one user ID is used by multiple user over multiple places.
recently SAP told us not use the ID's for more thans one employee so we want find out actuall umber of the user licenses we need.
I think this is functional consultants whos should study and let the number but unfortunately i am new here and noboday is there to listen and understand my concern.
I have open message in Service Market place also fo suggetion or help but noboday took it yet.
please help me if can do it then how we can do it...
Your help would be highly appriciated.
