Hi Tamy,
Below i have mentioned the steps for installing support packages.
1)Download the required support packages in one location.
2)Logon to SAP with 000 client and with that user name wich has full authorisation.Pls dont use sap* and ddic and pls note that none of the user should login while installing support pacakages.
3)First update your spam version
4)Goto Support Packages->Load pacakages->From the front end.Extract the support pacakages files from that directory where you have downloaded the support pacakages.
5)Click on Display/define and choose that support packages which you want to install.
6)Click on Import after choosing that support packages which you want to apply.
7)Once the support packages is installed click on confirm.
