delete an approved transport

Question:
I have some business content object on a transport and I have approved the order to this transport.
Now I want to transport this into our quality system.
The transport doesn't start. The protocol says that the infoobjects are not active. So I activated the objects and tried again. But the same message appeared. So I deleted the objects because I decided not to transport these objects. The message is still the same...
Now I want to delete (hard) the transport. How can I do this ?
Thanks
Answer:
I'm not sure you can delete it if you have already released it. The best you can hole for in that case is to delete it from the target import queue and the \usr\sap\trans\cofiles and \usr\sap\trans\data directories.
If the transport has not been release, just use se10 to modify it. You can double-click on the subtask, toggle into change mode, and delete all the displayed rows. Then save it and you should be able to delete the subtask and then the main task.
Good luck!
Answer:
you can't release a transport without it being activated. you may not have activated it properly. When you attempt to release the transport it gives the name of the offending objects, go back and re-activate and save then when it can be released it should be ok.
