Automatic assignment of service desk messages
Hi everyone!
How can one configure solution Manager to automatically assign a problem message to the concerned person, for e.g. a MM problem message gets automatically delivered to a MM consultant, mapped as a business partner in SolMan.

I don't think that's possible. They just end-up in a queue.

Kindly consider this - when we open up a service message, we have a message processer information displayed, wherein the code of the person to whom the message is allocated is displayed and the message is also displayed in the transaction list of that person when he asks for display of messages allocated to him.
By changing the message processor details, the calls can be assigned to someone else.
if this is possible don't you think, what i asked for should also be possible?
