lta exemption in form-16

Question:
I AM NEW TO SAP PAYROLL , IN OUR INCOME TAX FORM -16, LTA EXEMPTION IS NOT COMING, ANY BODY TELL ME WHERE AND WHAT I HAVE TO CHECK .

Hi Rakesh
Pls check the Tax code for your customer wage type ( SLTA)
and make sure that no other wage type will have this tax code.
