Dear all,
We want to implement a new leave quota: 6 days full paid sick leave per anniversary year.
Is it possible to fill up all quota upon each start of anniversary year? How can we do this with the standard implementation?

It is possible to fill the quota automatically...
There are two ways... on is the manual way - run a report - PRPTQTA00 and it will generate the quotas as specified in the Quota Generation Rules...
Second way is thru the schema - TQTA, Incorporate this schema in your payroll schema and configure the rules...
You will get your results...

Your solution is such a great help.
I am now able to fill up the leave quota per anniversary year. BUT there is still one point that i cannot fulfill for the business requirement.
We need to have the quota filled up completely (up to fix amount) after one month of employment. For subsequent years, the fixed amount of quotas are transferred on its technical entry date in each anniversary year.
I am now able to transfer quota for each anniversary year correctly. BUT i cannot fill up the quota after one month of employment.
Any idea about how to tackle this scenario?
