Question:
Hii
We are trying to Create Appraisal Templates in Obj Setting &Appraisals...
The Problem we are facing is ...
We are not able to see 'Part Appraisal in Process'as a sub status for Status 'In Process'
The reflecting error Message is
@5C\QError@ Status 'In Process' not selected in combination with substatus 'Part Appraisal in Process'
Kindly let me know how to create a sub status...
As we are unable to see any provision for creating a substatus under the Status...
Immediate help would beappreciated..

Hi Sap Sree,
I have not encountered that specific issue but I would try this first:
- Go to transaction PHAP_CATALOG_PA and select the Category Group you are working with.
- Click on the Status Flow tab and then the Status sub-tab and verify that the Part Appraisal in Process status is CHECKED. If you don't see that status, it is under the In Process status.
- If that is already checked, then select the Category you are working with and go to the Status Flow tab/Status sub-tab and check the same thing as above.
If these are not checked in either of these places, I would suggest checking them to see if that fixes the error.

Thanks for the reply...
I have tried creating the catalog using PHAP_CATALOG_PA as well as directly using 'EDIT TEMPLATE' NODE in IMG...
The Problem is there is no SUBSTATUS NODE "PART APPRAISAL in Process " Under the Status node "IN PROCESS..."
Kindly let me know if there is any solution for this problem...
