Question:
I have created a monitor and copied the nodes into it. ihave set the alerts also.But later i came to know that the monitor is a virtual one.Im trying a lot to create one which is not virtual , but not able to dont know where im doing wrong.
can anyone plz help me in creating a monitor set- monitor - node on which i can configure my alert.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "virtual".
You can create your own monitor set by choosing Extras -> Activate maintenance function (default is OFF).

ya i have activated that and created a monitor set. adn the monitor in the next screen. i added the method autoreaction adn in that ccms_onalert_email.
even in RZ21 i made autoreaction method configured to ccms_onalert_email.
configured sapconenct which is working fine.
but not understanding why is it not working
