Question:
Hi Guys,
I am having a problem with the action that I am taking for rehiring and that makes only those infotypes look active that are included in the action. Rest of the infotypes still look inactive. Would you know the reason why? Even the main screen for diplay/maintain looks inactive.

The screen header is not changing according to the action taken. An employee who was made active does not show active status on the screen header of main screen (pa20, pa30).

when you set up the screen header you have to choices as the date of the data that is shown, you can either set it up to show the data as it exists today, or show it as when the current infotype was started - so if you have an infotype with a start date of 01012002 it will show the header data that was relevant on that day. if you search the forum you will find quite a few existing posts on setting up the screen headers i am sure one of them will explain how to change the header set up from infotype begin date to todays date.
