i need some help in
what is the purpose of HR mini masters and how do we setup
actually in my project we are getting data from other legacy systems
so do i need to get that data to infotype tables?
what is the actuall purpose of HR mini master.

Hi,
The purpose of the mini master download is to send the relevant employees data down to the clocking system that you may have as being permissible to clock in and out etc. This data that is extracted through the program comes from infotype 50 where you state that they can effectively use the clocks, what group of clocks they go to if applicable (this is defined in the img and is dependant on how you have your clocking side set up and how you want it all to work) along with their ID that they clock under. This then runs from the date you specify and is valid for the number of days you choose.
This normally I have found runs regularly ie daily to ensure that everyone who needs to can clock as the data changes regularly.

i dont want to use infotype 50.
still can i use HR mini masters for downloading employee data.
can u just tell me how do i configure this HR mini masters.
