I need to change the name format from Last name to First Name and so forth. Can anyone tell me how can I achieve this. I need to do this going forward.

don't know the exact spot in the IMG but there's a customizing step for setting up the sequence of the ENAME

You need to set this in T522N. In order for ENAME (the full name) to be updated, your first or last name field needs to be changed and saved.
