Help Files attachment

Question:
My R/3 is on AIX and help files are on Win2003. I have configured the help using SR13. But at user end browser is unable to open the link saying the network drive has not maaped. How to olve this problem.

share the help files directory and point to that rather than using a mapped drive.

- Publish the Folder with read access.
2. In SR13
Point to the folder
