Question:
Hi Folks,
We are in the early stages of is embarking on a project to amalgamate 5 Production FI/LO instances of SAP and are considering using the System Landscape Optimisation group from SAP to do some of the work.
I have started researching the capabilities of this service using the service marketplace but it is pretty light on for details and seems to only concentrate on FI and to a limited extent, MM so I am fairly comfortable with these modules.
The rest of the documentation is marketing material and of very little value and none of it covers PM, PP-PI, SD or QM.
Does anyone have any experience in working with this group around these modules or can someone please point me in the direction of some additional reference material on this SAP Service.

Answer:
Depends on the quality (knowledge) of the consultants. I have good experience with SLO. If you or your organisation lacks the proper knowledge you should obtain it from elsewhere. SLO is a good entrance, however SAP partners are as well.
