Question:
Hello Guys,
We have a set of jobs which run periodically and create spool requests. The jobs have been scheduled for business reports and the functional team wants us to turn off the spool generation for some of thes background jobs.
1 ) Is it possible to turn the spool creation off for a job from a BASIS perspective. If so could give me the steps ?
2 ) Also is there a mass way of temporarily disabling spool creation for all BGD jobs via a profile param ?

As for
1.) you can write an abap which works as a tortilla, example
REPORT STRT<RMMRP000>.
SUBMIT RMMRP000 USING SELECTION-SET 'MRP-LAUF-DIEN' TO SAP-SPOOL
DESTINATION 'NULL' WITHOUT SPOOL DYNPRO.
this will start RMMRP000 with variant MRP-LAUF-DIEN excluding any spool-output
2.) not to my knowledge.
