Question:
Hi again SAP Fans!
I need to ask a huge favour of one of you! If anyone e-filed with SAP last year, would be it possible for you to run a 'Test in Live' and let me know if you get any errors.
Our problems is we are receiving an error message:
Error when parsing GovGate answer
We also see a message that tells you that a web site (doesn't say which!) cannot be reach! When I try to access all the websites relating to E-filing, the secure.dev.gateway ones work but the www.govtalk.gov.uk/CM/envelope
one doesn't. I need to know whether this is a problem with the website, so everyone is haivng it, or if it is something we have neglected to do (most likely but really want to rule out the website theory!)
So if anyone can oblige I would be so very grateful!

We have been in touch with Colin, they have made it clear that the problem is not with the Government Gateway. all the https://
are working fine. We have ruled out the problem being with the XML file that we are sending from SAP to the BC so we are thinking the problem is somewhere within the BC.
Can you tell me what the SAP BC does with the XML file before sending it out to the Government gateway? Does it wrap it in some other form, convert it into HTML or anything like that because the error message we are getting back is return in HTML form and we expected any error message to be in XML form.
Any help would be grately appreciated!
