Regenerating TMS configuration

Question:
Hi guys,
How is TMS configuration regenerated?. Is it done through resetting the TMSADM user or is it something different?
Answer:
Done in the domain controller.
System overview > Extras > Generate RFC destinations. Then distribute.
This will rebuild RFC detinations, the TPL file and update the config to all servers.
Answer:
do you mean "TMS Configuration" or "TMS Destination"?
If you want to reset the whole transport-settings/connections, you have to use transaction SE06, "Perform Post-Installation Actions".
That will lead you through a bunch of "are you sure?"-questions
Answer:
Heh... I was wondering if that was really the question. This works on 46C but if you're game, you can delete the entries in table tmsmconf to get the same result as rattling though all those "are you sure?" questions.
Answer:
Actually, I was getting a RFC communication error when I tried to view a system's transport queue. The RFC link was fine so I regenerated the TMS configuration and it worked....I dont know if that is the right thing to do in such cases.
