how to block schama. i mean when we run the pay roll i want schama should not read or check spcific field.

I agree, but I would really question WHY you want to block a Payroll Schema or Function?
If you don't want Payroll to check a specific field (you don't say what the field is), then maybe you should check your configuration. Why does the field have a value in it?

Answer:
Deactivating is very common. If you use a customised version of a function or rule, you want to keep the SAP version in place but deactviated. Not to do so is baaaaad.
