Retrieving in DB deleted ABAP source code

Question:
Hello,
I had a problem this morning when generating an ABAP include source on development system, my code was deleted (problem of active/inactive version, anyway !).
We have a DB backup of yesterday, but we don't want to restore all SAP Development system (or even all SAP Repository)... if we have to, we will do it but we'd prefer not to.
It seems that ABAP source code is stored in D010S table as a BLOB (that's what Toad tells me) and not in file system as a plane file.
Is this true ?
Do you see a way to get back to older version of my program by restoring a Unix file or only DB table D010S from our backup ?
Thanks in advance for your ideas

Answer:
Is this an Oracle questions ?
Answer:
restoring just one table will corrupt your db. if you wish, this is the solution.
1. restore entire dev system to another server.
2. download your programs from it.
3. upload it to your system.
you could use same server but I suggest to use different server.
