Payroll records
Hi,
Is there a standard report to show the number of payroll records in the system and is it possible to differentiate between live payroll records and those of employess who have left? i.e. is there a flag to mark this?

what do you mean by payroll records?
the number of people paid in a period, or the number of payroll periods paid per employee?
the WPBP cluster hold information on an employees status and is generated each period...

Not sure about the standard report however,
A query on employment status should assist you. However the correctness of the report will depend on the discipline that you have for Master Data entry.
Check Entries and Leaving report. this report can give you an indication that you want.
Check on IT0003 payroll status field Accounted to or Do not account After.
The above are pointers and not a solution.
