Question:
Hi,
we are upgrading from 4.6C to ERP2004 version, we have an ABAP report which sends emails to users. basically this email is send to users SAP inbox and from there its auto forwarded to user outlook (this setting is done for all users). email is staying in users SAP inbox with waiting status. all other emails generated by system (including workflow) are OK. any idea/clues. thanks

Have you setup a background job for program RSCONN01?
I think this program picks up waiting mail and forwards to SMTP mail server.
