The system displays a list of all employees who have and, if applicable, who have not been involved in appraisals. The status for each employee is displayed accordingly." exert from SAP Library.
I have executed report transaction APPSEARCH. To produce a list of those appraised and not appraised, but result is not as above but only those appraised in that particular org unit. I have ticked 'without appraisal' and 'display existing'.
Can anyone help me?

In this report, there are several statuses that you need to select.
Why not run reports with a combination of appropriate status
For example:-
a ) Appraisals completed :- Tick status --> Completed, Approved, Closed Approved, Rejected and Closed Rejected.
and
b )Appraisals incomplete :- Tick status --> In preparation, In Planning, In review and In process.
Generate two lists and merge them in the report form that you want (Using excel).

Thanks for that info.
I have also done this but the list is empty for those ticked with check box without appraisal.
Any more any ideas???
