4.7 and 5.0, HCM
Dear Sapers,
has anyone worked on SAP 5.0 or implemented it? what is the main differene between 4.7 and 5.0 esp with respect to HR module.
lastly, has anyone implemented the HCM module or even just Performance Management? any tips and experiences?

Hi,
Yes I have worked with 5.0. I did a project last year which was in 5.0 while it was still in beta release. I was only in PA so I can only relate to that. The most obvious new thing there for me was the global employee functionality. There has gone a lot of work in reeingineering that and it did what we wanted it to do.
