Question:
Hi all ,
When we are trying to archive a production order of 2004 , it gives error
message
" You cannot set deletion flag for Order 1xxxxxxx ."
Message Id : CO432 .
we could not figure it out why the error ? can anyone throw some light on this.

Any other error messages in SM21. Otherwise it;s not a Basis error to me. Authorization maybe? Order not released yet?
Answer:
together with the message you get a protocol. what's in there?? Please refer to the SARA documentation on object PP_ORDER at help.sap.com to find out, what state the order must be in to be archivable.
